Muzaffarabad, December 08: Its been over four years since a devastating earthquake hit Pakistan Administered Kashmir. Since then, government institutions including the state disaster management authority have been trying to rehabilitate victims and reconstruct the quake hit areas. Millions of dollars in aid later, the fact remains that thousands of families continue to live in the open trying to pick up their shattered lives.
